Over 500 innovation projects, ranging from innovation coaching to corporate accelerators, were successfully completed on behalf of DAX-listed and medium-sized enterprises.

We are currently seeking a Program Manager for German Accelerator‘s Market Discovery Program to support German startups in exploring market opportunities in China for our office in Shanghai.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with startups to understand their challenges and take notes of startups’ meetings with mentors, partners, and companies
  • Synthesize the learnings of startups from the program, consolidate feedback from mentors, and prepare individual reports for startups
  • Support the marketing team in conceptualizing and creating posts and organizing events
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of the program by onboarding new speakers and mentors and continuously increasing the quality of the program

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong sense of ownership, intrinsic desire to deliver high-quality program work that provides value to the startups, with a willingness to gradually take on more responsibility
