Welcome to our virtual networking event this Friday from 8-9am! Three German founders with expertise in VR, CleanTech and Fintech industries are invited to share their career experiences.

Lukas Tatge – CEO and Co-founder of CIMK

Lukas Tatge is the German CEO and co-founder of Nanjing-based startup CIMK. The company has two focus areas, Market Intelligence and FinTech, linked to the overarching vision of making the Chinese market transparent for international companies and investors. He holds a Double Master’s in International Management from Nanjing University (China) and the University of Göttingen. Prior he gained various experiences in consulting firms and was involved in creating a blockchain startup. He volunteers as a director at GINN (German Innovators in China) in Shanghai, a community of innovative thinkers from China and Germany.

Constantin Colberg – CEO and Co-founder of vindustrials

Constantin is a German entrepreneur who has been living in China since 2011. Over the past, he has founded several companies, such as a room rental service, a fitness business that created the first mobile fitness trainer application for coaches in China, and a Virtual Reality agency called vindustrials.

He and his partner run vindustrials, focusing on manufacturing companies in China. They want to offer outstanding digital solutions in the VR and AR space by leveraging their portfolio of partner companies within and outside China. They develop show spaces, training programs for employees, digital twins, and stuff that we can’t imagine yet.

Rafael Suchan – CEO and Founder of Vastalta / CEO and Co-Founder of Metycle

Rafael Suchan is the founder of Beijing-based VASTALTA Circular Technology focusing on the technology requirements to implement China’s “30/60” carbon neutrality targets. He has also co-founded Cologne-based METYCLE, the online B2B marketplace enabling seamless global trade of secondary raw materials.

With more than 20 years of experience in the materials industries in Asia and Europe, Rafael acts as a bridge between China and Germany to help tackle some of the most challenging areas in today’s business environment:

  • climate protection,
  • resource savings, and
  • resilient supply chains.

Before founding VASTALTA and METYCLE, Rafael was CEO at globally leading metal recycler Scholz. He spent more than 15 years at Bayer and its chemicals spin-off Lanxess where he was Global Vice President and Managing Director for Asia-Pacific.

Rafael is a graduate of Tsinghua University in Beijing, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and the University of Applied Sciences in Essen, Germany.
