March 8 is International Women’s Day – A day to celebrate women around the globe! Shoutout to all the women, who give their best every day, run their own businesses, stay home to take care of their loved ones, and so much more.

We want to take a look at the current state of female entrepreneurship and women in business across the globe. Some stats highlight the progress of gender diversity in entrepreneurship while others clearly show that there is still room for improvement. We wanted to know: What does a typical female founder look like? What is the proportion of men and women in leadership roles? And are we getting closer to diminishing the gender gap?
