The first in-country cohort is finally here! In 2021, German Accelerator initiated the China Market Discovery virtual program. After successfully conducting the program fully virtual for over a year, we are absolutely thrilled to announce that we’re now bringing these startups for an in-country visit right here in Shanghai! This event is co-organized with International Startup Campus (ISC) and we together bring 12 startups to Shanghai. We warmly invite mentors, partners, and acquaintances to the first “German Startup Night in Shanghai” on Sep 14 for an exciting night of pitches, pizza, and beer!

AQ Germany (Manufacturing, Water) focuses on combatting water scarcity by offering an autonomous solution for fresh drinking water. Their research indicates that over 800 million people lack access to clean drinking water.

DeepDrive (Automotive, High Tech) specializes in the development of cutting-edge autonomous driving technology. They focus on developing energy-efficient, low-cost and scalable patented e-motor unit.

Kreatize (Cloud Manufacturing, Supply Chain) specializes in transforming manufacturing procurement through digitalization. They offer an online platform that connects manufacturers with industrial suppliers, streamlining the procurement process for custom-made parts.

PL BioScience (BioTech, Life Science) is a dedicated bioscience research and development company, specializing in supplying cell culture supplements for stem cell growth in clinical research and medical applications.

RytleX (Logistics, Supply Chain) specializes in providing intelligent logistics solutions. They offer a comprehensive platform that leverages advanced technologies to optimize and streamline logistics operations.

A2ZEBRA (IoT, EdTech) developed an IoT-driven educational harmonized mobile learning platform, seamlessly blending tactile engagement with an interactive application to deliver personalized learning journeys and real-time assessments.

ENERGIESACHSE (Solar, New Energy) specializes in unique residential storage systems, offering on-site component replacement for cost-effective maintenance. This sets them apart from competitors who often necessitate complete battery changes, demonstrating ENERGIESACHSE’s commitment to efficient resource management.

FlyNex (Software, SaaS) provides a unique enterprise software to automate infrastructure operations, maintenance, and repair services. FlyNex empowers corporations to use data generation technologies such as unmanned aerial systems (drones), satellites, and scanners for scalable data-driven processes.

Maluma (EdTech, Software) is the first software solution for teachers combining academic and competency-based analysis tools with an individualised learning path for each student.

Researchpreneurs (Research, AgriTech) facilitates strategic connections between technology-driven enterprises and accomplished global research experts. Our core objective is to catalyze impactful innovations for businesses by fostering external collaborations and providing expert guidance on collaborative strategies.

RiDERgy (EV, Renewable Energy) addresses the energy transition challenge by offering a comprehensive SaaS solution for e-fleets, optimizing EV charging through cloud-controlled, AI-enhanced processes, and enabling seamless integration to facilitate an efficient energy shift.
